Breakfast: scrambled eggs w/ tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach and cheese, milk
Lunch: curry chicken salad sandwich
Dinner: salad greens, quinoa mix, feta, sweet potato, medium serving of mac n cheese (and I threw the rest out!! Too much temptation, lol)

Exercise: -500 cal on treadmill and elliptical
