If you have recently changed or increased your exercise, your muscles will get tears from working out (sore muscles) and water replaces the tears to help them heal. This can show up as a temporary gain on the scale. It will go away as your muscles get used to your exercise routine. Drink some extra water and keep going. You will lose fat and go down in sizes. Keep track of your measurements. You are doing great.

Agree. This happens to everybody when they start a new exercise plan. You'll lose weight, just keep at it. Don't give up or get discouraged. Trust your body. You're going to see great results once the initial shock to your body wears off.
