Knee is bad again, am going to splint for several days to see if that helps. I HATE this!!!!!!!

Got up early and went to the gym, did cardio and weights. I suspect this week will be a plateau week but we will see.

Not discouraged or frustrated, I know this will be a process. Still have not cheated on my food. Holding Strong.
