I enjoy the food I eat-NO MEAT-NO DAIRY- NO EGGS and I feel GREAT! Really I feel renewed as if I were twenty again! Believe me there are so many options of food being vegan and you naturally lose weight. I am doing a cleansing right now with evening tea 100% natural, it is very relaxing and helps me sleep sound. The tea is called Laci Le Beau Super Dieter's tea. Try cutting white starch like potato's eat yam's instead, eat black rice. Apply hemp seeds in your diet and drink a lot of water and you know to eat ton's of dark leafy green's and fruit's.Artificial sweeteners will make you fat.
