Didn't log my food yesterday, since I was following the 'brat' diet to clear up my stomach issues, which meant a lot of simple carbs and stuff that I would usually stay away from! Back to my normal diet today, now that I'm feeling better, and hoping that yesterday's carb-fest doesn't hinder my progress too much!
