Long day today with lots of driving. I went out with my mom today and the uncle's girlfriend. Mom great, her not so much but it's all right, she is my cousin's mother, I will deal. By the time I got home I wanted to curl up into a little ball. I got lazy for dinner and picked up hubby and son some fried chicken for dinner and made myself a wrap. I did not want to exercise tonight but I walked on my treadmill for 30 minutes anyway. I felt better after walking. My speed is now up to 3.5mph instead of 3mph, I'm getting a little faster without trying. But it is muggy here. 77 degrees now, 80something when on the treadmill, not that hot but humid. I moved a fan to blow directly on me and it helped.
