Starting @ 148 lbs. My goal is to reach 140 lbs ( - 8 lbs) by Feb. 14
Its been hard to do phase 1 of SBD, especially with limited variety in
San Pedro de Macoris, DR (where i am currently 2yr medical student).

Phase 1 of SBD is hard no matter where you are! But I think it is the best diet I have ever tried!!! Hang in there....I made it through with a lot of hard boiled eggs and a lot of salad. Once I hit phase 2 it was a lot easier just adding a little Cheerios with Almond milk. In phase 3 now and I feel like I can have whatever I want, but I still limit sugar and carbs mostly out of habit. Tomorrow I am going to eat Mexican food at my favorite local hole in the wall and I am soooooooooooo excited!
