I'm pretty happy with myself...the cookies are still in the lunch room, and I did grab one...but I put it in a ziploc bag and wrote "220cal...Is it worth it?" on the bag...and hung it on my cork board next to my desk...had one serving of my ~ Healthier Choice Appoved ~ no sugar added Peek Freans (130cal for three...so 90cal less) instead...good me!!

This felt like a big step for me...not eating the cookie...kinda dorky to have it on the cork board, but it's my reminder to think before eating!! It will be interesting to see how long before it looks like a science experiment...if ever (if mould won't eat it, should we?)
