My unofficial weight this morning is 103.5kg.
I expected this gain to be higher than last monday's post weekend unofficial weight and it is. I consumed alot of rice yesterday.
This week is going to be a bit tricky as I have a friend from out of town visiting on Wed and Thurs. I think I'll move my days around a bit.
