Stuck! Keep going back and forth between 185 and 186.2 and can't get any movement out of the scale. I guess I need to cut my calories more since I am exercising 1/2 to 1 hour 6 days a week and not sure I could find time to do more. This is the weight I was at for years before I had kids and in between the 2 kids so, I guess my body is really used to being here and doesn't want to budge. Not to mention that I got older LOL and that is not helping!
