Have a very busy day wearing lead so opted to go to the gym tomorrow. The lead I wear weighs about 17 lbs so I am carrying not only my weight but an additional 17 lbs.
Holding strong. No cheating on the diet. Still under calories have not figured out how to fix that as I am not hungry on the amount I am eating.
