All the talk of weekly refeeds made me peckish. That and I jogged for like 50 min so I did 110% of my FatSecret RDI today instead of this Sunday.

Still went over my RDI on Sunday with 106%. I blame it on a homemade double burger. Worth it since the FatSecret Report says I'm -500 calories for this week even after my massively meaty lunch today.
