Well, My mom is gone, back to the real world. It was so GREAT having her here. I did fairly well with WW, while she was here. Excercise and ate good. We will see what the scale says tomorrow. So here to a WW day and football.

Glad you had a great time with your mum. I find it much harder to stay on track with visitors around, but sounds like you have been doing great. Will keep my fingers crossed that the scales play nice tomorrow... but have a great weekend won't you.
