Well I am up earlier than usual but still woke up and hour later than I wanted to. It is a start in the right direction so I am happy about that.
Waiting for my sunroom to heat up. It has a heater/ac unit in it so that makes it easy, just turn it on and wait a few minutes to warm up. As soon as it is warm I am going to workout!

Morning exercise
Bike: 5-16 mph, 7 resistance, 30 minutes, around 7 miles
Weights: 15 minutes
