Really mad at myself, I have been not sticking with the plan or anything. Tomarrow is a new day, I went to the store and bought only good things, Cami and I said we are not sticking with the plan at all, so when we weigh in if we gain we owe a $1.00 for every lb gained and $1.00 for everyday we dont journal, and that money goes into a envelope and to which ever one who makes their 1st 30lb goal treat(Brenda a facial, Cami a mani & pedi), and we also get a star for when we exercise 3 times a week for 15mn, that is a start and will increase in a couple weeks.(Doesnt sound like much but what the heck we need to start somewhere.)
I feel terrible none of my work dress pants fit comfortably, or my shirts from last winter and I refuse to go purchase a bigger size, so I need to get my head out of my butt and get to loosing weight. I know I can do it !!!!!!!!!!!
