Where to start.... the weekend was a train wrack! It started so very well with me doing major house cleaning on Saturday. I really went to town. By evening I was exhausted but it was a good tired having something accomplished. Every major muscle in my body hurt. LOL didn't know I had not been using 'em for a while. Then the night came and I was totally wired. I could not fall asleep and when I dozed off I would wake up short time later. Sunday morning I was exhausted, tired, crabby. I went to church and after wards still had all my shopping to do since I cleaned house Saturday. Stores busy and me getting more and more anxious and stressed. When I got home I was ready to jump out of my skin. So I ate something ~ sensible at first and then just more and more. The rest is history. Today is Monday and a new month has started. I can only let go of the weekend and try to learn from it. The word for the month is diligence......

When you are S.T.R.E.S.S.E.D and eat because of it, make sure to eat some protein, fiber, and good fat first, Drink a tall glass of water or not too sweetened tea, then wait 30 minutes and see if you are still hungry.
