BG before breakfast was 106. i totally fell off the wagon this past weekend. But i am hitching myself back to the wagon. I have a goal of 132 by February 26, it will my dress fitting weekend.
BG after Breakfast 194. I am going to start eating eggs and salsa for breakfast come wednesday when i finish off the bread i have at work.
