Yesterday, my wifey asked me to drive her to another city to visit a friend...I figured I would just grab a coffee and have a soup & sandwich for dinner...nope...we ended up going out for dinner...I made a bad choice again, Jumbilia Fettuccine at Boston Pizza. And instead of just having them box half, I ate it...2100cal, plus I had two beer...over by 1000cal for the day...and no exercise either...
We didn't get home until late and I was tired...so...that's my excuse...but hopefully the exercise I did do during the week will counter act the over eating on Friday and Saturday...I got up late today and only had coffee...didn't get hungry until lunch, so I had a sensible lunch and will do the same for dinner...planning on ham, wild rice & peas...
Apparently this is becoming a habit...gotta break this now...
