I'm not happy with myself. I did something really stupid Friday night. It was great, but not a smart choice. Why do I make stupid choices? My eating has been pretty on task. I'm hoping to see under the big 3 tomorrow. I only got in 2 workouts this week, but I did do a longer workout Friday.. plus I walked about a mile and got in some other rather vigorous exercise. (headdesk)

Everyone is allowed to make a stupid choice every now and then! Think about how many smart choices you have been making in comparison to all the old stupid choices. Hang in there girl, you are making huge strides!

Live everyday and make the "right" choice, 9 out of 10 times. That way when that, not so good choice comes up you will know it's ok. But that's the hard part, not feeling guilty or wrong when you do have a slip up. Everyone has slip up's, you just have to start the next day (or meal) as a new day and forgive yourself for the slip up and know that you will be stronger next time you are faced with a temptation! You GOT this!
