did the Run Amok Irish Running club tonight (local club) - every Thursday starting at a local pub, 70% of the folks walk, either a 3+ mile or 5+ mile course...this was my 2nd week, 3.2 mi last week, 3.1 mi this week - just over an hour both times...not bad considering before I had my WLS, I had a hard time walking to the mailbox :/ Feels pretty good!
