I tried the recipe suggestion that Jillian Michaels threw out on the last BL. She said to take an apple, put in a bowl, fill the bowl about a quarter of the way full, cover it and microwave it on high for 3 min. Then cut it up and sprinkle with cinnamon! Absolutely delicious and filling! I will be eating that a lot from now on. Also another tip ... when I'm baking I tend to like to lick the bowl and utencils! So to stop me from doing that I have discovered that it helps to chew gum while baking! I was able to not lick the brownie bowl! Wooohooo!

We never watch the BL, but happened to be watching that night, and I heard that recipe. I wanted to do it to, but knew I wouldn't stop with just the cinnamon!! LOL Glad you liked it - maybe I will give it a try - as long as I don't put any sugar on it, or ice cream, or whipped cream.... ooh, I better stop now!!!

MomofTwoGirls ... yes you better stop now because you're putting ideas in my head! Hahah! But if you really wanted you could put a package of alternative sweetener on there. The apple was just so sweet that I didn't think it needed anything else!
