I am getting a little frustrated. I am eating perfectly, working out, and still no loss. Very aggravating! I know, I know, I may not be losing, but I am gaining muscle. Still frustrating. I like to see the scale go down. I wish I could make myself not weight each day. But I can't seem to resist! I wake up each morning and that scale is just screaming at me to step on it!! I fold under the pressure!!

Hahaha oh graciepoo!! Don't panic - when you are constantly aware of each pound you lose and weight each day, results are not what you wish they were. Stop worrying and focus on what you are accomplishing: working out, better eating habits, etc that will become apparent sooner than you think. Good luck and don't despair!

mS.pOO! hEYYYY! fla! Don't Worry about immediate results. some people lose faster than others. There will always be some one faster, taller, more coordinated, etc. We know this! Accept the fact that this is your plan, your goals... BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE!

It will happen ......when you least suspect it! You are taking some positive steps to improve your health - the scale is not the only measurement. I've read muscle weighs more than fat - so you may be losing inches - not pounds!
