What a yummy idea! I am going to try out your bread soon. I copied the recipe. Not sure when, but soon!

Your almond bread looks like toasted bagel! May I ask what recipe you are using? I've tried several, but always looking for new ones. :o)

I've found that a minced kosher pickle is a nice low call addition to tuna melt.

I will. I threw away my toaster, when I started eating ketogenic diet. Who would have thought I'd needed it again? ;o)

I had a big one with 4 slots. Took up too much space, and was not needed. I think I'll have to use my pan to toast, not as good, but oh well. :o)

Ah! I thought you toasted the bread first and then just melt the rest on top of it. My son always wanted a toaster oven (but for pizza and stuff). ;o)

I hauled my toaster oven to our 5th Wheel at the beach. NOW, I want it back. LOL!
