Thank you, it's not my first rodeo regarding weight gain and loss over the years but the keto and IF seem to be agreeing with my body right now so I guess time will tell. I've just over 15lb off since 30th of Jan which for me is amazing, hoping this is the year I won't need a t-shirt for a swimming suit😜
