Starting week 4 of weight watchers. I lost 3.4 lbs this past week for a total of 10.8. I stuck to the plan except one day I did not get all my fruits and veggies in. I have eaten all my points daily and I did eat all my weeklies. I got to have a lower fat cheesecake that was so good. This is definitely not dieting... it's simply a lifestyle change. I feel great. My house is a lot cleaner. It's amazing how you get in a rut, eat crappy, have no energy, your house is a mess. It's a never ending cycle. It all changes when you eat right. I look forward to next week! Tonight we are having a games night here at our house and we are hosting dinner too. We are doing stuffed peppers, salads, fruit and veggies plates and chocolate peanut butter cheesecake pie(lower fat/made with splenda)!!! It's going to be a great night!!!
