Hello, Still holding my lovely weight of 161 lbs. I can't seems to lose anymore. But I am determine to eat well and all my points on WW. On the biggest loser, Kim, the trainer was emphaszinng to BB not to under eat. You said he needs to eat all his calories and to quite shorting himself. He lost 11 lbs this week. So I am trying to remember that I need to feed my body for myself and my baby and the weight will come off too. Here to a wonderful day.

That is good advise...I just love the biggest loser, it is so inspiring! I also am loving weight watchers, and I know if we stick to the points and have an activity we will be so happy, and benefit because whether or not we lose a pound in one week, we are still benefiting from the good balance of food and the exercise. Exercise is all important to us, because we were created to be active. Your doing wonderful...
