I've been trying real hard to get serious about losing this baby weight. I've exercise 4 days this week,now I just need to make that a habit for me. I struggle with it some days. But I joined a challenage group on my baby group that is really helping. And then I come here and log my food and exercise and that helps too. I can't restrict my calories too much cuz I'm still nursing my 8month old and don't want to hurt the milk or my supply. But I have given up late nights snacks and when hubby wanted ice cream I didn't want it. Go me. I'm starting 30 DAY SHRED on Monday so we'll see if it's as amazing as people claim. Now I just have to get through the weekend which is harder because everyone is home and they want big breakfasts and such.
