preheat your oven to 350...sprinkle with a little evoo (extra virgin olive oil) and seasoning...i use mrs dash or season salt...roast for about 25 to 30 minutes...they are very good...sprinkle garlic on them and use them as croutons in your salad

do you need to keep them refrigerated after you cook them or can i just store them in an airtight container at room temp?

i keep them about 3 days in a sealed rubbermade container...because that is all they usually last...lol...but you could refrigerate them for a cold treat...

I love them on salad but knew they would be so much better toasted. And I think my 4 year old would like them toasted too. She is becoming such a healthy eater since we have been on this diet. Really great to see!
