As a recovering diabetic I am glad to see my fasting morning blood sugars slowly dropping. 148 this a.m. Wt 236. My wt recordings were kind of erratic over the last couple of weeks. Have been very good as far as diet goes; I think the difference comes from the swimming I started about 6 weeks ago. I swim 150 laps a week; about 2.25 miles. My body type tends to build muscle pretty easily. So between building muscle (my wife has given some very nice compliments) and wt loss, I think it accounts for the up and down.
I am sold on the Keto way of eating. My body likes it, it is extremely satisfying, loosing weight and inches, blood sugar and blood pressure continue to fall.
