not a healthy day yesterday AT ALL. I pigged out on two pieces of choclate cake at work and ate way too much at dinner. I don't even think the calories I entered are high even to reflect what I actually consumed. I did, however, go on a nice fou mile run so that's a benefit. Probably burned off the calories in the cake but doesn't account for the huge dinner I ate. Ok - today's a new day. Let's not screw this one up.
