I got on the scale, and found I was 188.6 I thought I ate way less today, than I did yesterday, but I guess. I it's not eating way less, but eating the right things, and I ate the same exact things I had yesterday, and can almost see a two pound increase.
85.7 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
