Got up early again and went to the gym. Today was weights did some of my old routine with 5 lb weights.
My stamina has improved, and I feel more energized during the day. My clothes are fitting better, except my pants are starting to get too big. Will wait on any changes until they do.
No cheating on my diet, have a friend coming for dinner we are having salmon and asparagus then watching the Biggest Loser for this week.
