Ok! Back on track! Had a nice trip to the grocery store, lots of fruits, veggies and meat. NO JUNK WHATSOEVER. Managed to get back on FS to log food and even dusted off the little weights and put them to use over the weekend. Saw another loss this morning and really feeling the momentum. YEAH! Thanks to all for the support, advice and kind words. It really helps.
