On a good day I can crank out 3.2 miles on the treadmill and 3.8 miles outside. I'm starting to think that I may not need to be less than 185. I'm very satisfied with my look and my diet. I would recommend this site to anyone. You don't really know what you're eating untill you see it broken out like this side does. Six months ago I weighed 222 lbs and couldn't run a half a mile.
