After seeing the movie "Mission Impossible", today, I resisted the temptation of stopping to get a $5.00, large, pepperoni pizza, on my way out. I looked in that direction, but I didn't even break stride, conciously telling myself to just keep walking. In the past I would have said, "What the heck," gotten it, savored the flavor, and probably regreted it later. No regrets to be had when you just keep on walking; no added pounds either. LOL :-)

The mantra I use is " (Insert craving here) will be there 2 days, 2 weeks, or 2 years from now - I am not missing out on anything!" So far it works - and it's true. You proved that it wasn't "Mission Impossible". LOL
