I got to the gym and did my 30 min cardio and some weights. Will make a resolve to do more weights, I need to alter days with cardio and weights because I am not getting up any earlier than 4:30! I am doing 5 days a week in the gym but too sporadic during the week. I need to pick up the pace.
I am still not eating enough! I stay within weight watchers points though and I do not feel hungry. Just worried about my metabolic rate slowing and my body getting used to the lower calorie counts.
No Cheating on the diet, continue to hold strong.
