I weigh in tomorrow. I hope to lose 3-4 pounds, but I am worried that I may just break even. Even though my net calories were negative each day this week, something tells me that I just won't lose anything. I guess it is just a feeling. Last week I felt like I had lost some weight, and this week I don't.
Hopefully this is just lingering resentment from my football team losing today. Logically, I should lose something when I weigh in the morning.
