Whew! I didn't wake up all sore after my kettle bell workout yesterday. Like I did last time. Last kettle bell workout, I pulled something in my leg and I hurt and limped for weeks.
Unfortunately, I still wasn't able to walk the dog again this morning, because of the ice. The weather is supposed to break and be warmer tomorrow. If the temps to come up; might do a 5 mile walk tomorrow...hope Sophie is ready for it.
