Squeezed off 1/2 a pound this week.Only good thing is it wasn't a gain.
Just watched a Dr.Westman video and I'm going to follow his advice for a while and see if it will help with this stall.Starting today,I am no longer counting net carbs.I will,for the next two weeks, keep my carbs at 20 total.Maybe I am more sensitive to carbs than I think.So looks I'm back to the oringal induction.Maybe this will break my set-point also. Going to try and find the book "Dr.Atkins Diet Revolution" because if I understand correctly,Dr Atkins didn't deal with net carbs only total.
