I honestly feel that my progress has slowed down this year because I stopped eating my resistant starch potatoes that I usually have at least once a week last year. Definitely need to incorporate it back into my eating.

Yeah, I got the same feeling, and last year I was way less stricter on my diet, than the beginning of this year. But then again I've also gone a lot more to CF classes this year, than last year.
