Here we go. This is the LAST time (other than after I have kids) that I am losing this weight! So frustrating to be about the same weight I was when I started 4 years ago. Now I am keeping track of my Weight Watchers points - I would join, but I'm hoping a friend will do the accountability part with me, which is all I need from WW. I am also picking up my exercise. I had some tendinitis in my left foot so I wasn't able to do anything for awhile, now I'm in a brace for exercise and it's doing a lot better. Plans: Alternate cardio and strength days. I have various DVDs at home, like Turbo Jam and Chalean Extreme. What I think will help is I'm going to set out a pair of jeans I have that are my next size down and try them on every so often. This way it's a small goal at a time v. my ultimate dress I want to wear.
