In 17 weeks, I will weigh 50lbs less than i do right at this very moment. I am beginnig this journey on January 17th and it will end 17 weeks from now on May 7th. I am getting a pass to my local gym and my daughter will be turning one so I can put her in the gyms daycare. My plan is to start out my hopping on the treadmil. I would like to do about 30 min of cardio, alonf with 30 min or more of strenght training. Then a nice shower to follow. I hope to do this at least 4 days a week. I need to lose close to 3lbs a week to obtain my goal. I need this. ugh, im so uncomfortable in my body.
