Thank you everyone who read my journal and commented. I so appreciate it all and have missed you all so much. You will be seeing me here more. I fell off the wagon and I am so embarrassed. I'm very ashamed of myself and I am hoping for better and life long results when I start Atkins again on Feb.1st. I've got a lot on my plate right now and I just can't concentrate on it all. I want to be fully focused on my WOE/WOL when I re-start again.

Hope all are well and safe. We are getting some terrible weather right now. The snow is turning into freezing rain and sleet. Not good weather to be out in.

Thanks so much Bren. I miss my cows so much. I am thinking I want to get a little Jersey milker just for our own milk, butter, cream, yogurt and cheese. Yes, I make cheese. I do miss the cows. I use to sit and just watch the animal. They brought me so much peace. Hope you have a wonderful evening. :)HUGS:)
