Going strong, ugh I forgot my pills this morning. Last time I did that I gained 4 lbs.

No cheating, when I go to other's homes am taking my own food, counting everything that goes in my mouth.

Will resolve to exercise everyother day this week. Maybe more if I am so motivated.

Start of week 4 and holding steadfast, yeah!
