Went a bit overboard last night with dinner. Haven't been at the gym this week because of a strained hip flexor. I hope I can make it tomorrow. Also this is the first day wearing my new Mio heart rate monitor watch, which is supposed to (I hope) be a more accurate way to track my calories burned. Fingers crossed that it helps!
75.3 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I just started using a monitor also while on the treadmill, so far it seemed a lot more accurate for reading heart rates, which helped me stay in the zone I wanted to be on while exercising! Great job on your losses so far!

They are a really good tool for measuring your calories burnt. Much more reliable than the meters on equipment such as Elliptical Trainers.. Me and My missus are hopefully gonna get one when we can afford it..
