Hi Eleanor, I don't know what kind of regime you are on. You can google a weight loss calculator and input your weight, height, age, and activity level and finally your goal weight. This will give you an idea of how many calories you need to maintain or lose. I have found recording every morsel I put in my mouth gives me A REALITY CHECK. What is "good" or "bad" is subject to interpretation by a lot of professionals.

It's a little sKewed since you only have 229 calories listed and most of them are from fruits which are high on carbs. Whether that is good or bad is dependent on what food plan you are following. Low carb works for some folks not for others just like counting calories works for some but not all.
The key is to find what works for you and is sustainable long term, if you only eat 500 calories a day you will lose weight but it's not sustainable which is why people yo-yo.

Also to be clear, I just used the last part as an example of unsustainablilty I do not recommend only eating 500 calories a day

Just remember to lose ONE pound of fat you need to burn 3,500 calories. This is a fact no matter what diet you are on.
