It happens Leksie. I think u need to try having a maximum 500 calorie day before your weigh-in and perhaps add another 2 of those during your week. It will force your body to use up more bodyfat for energy.

Leksie with a few tweaks here and there you will be delighted with your results. Positive attitude will stand you in good steed. If I may give you a little advice based on personal experience try and limit the alcohol. No need to cut it out but having it more as a weekend treat makes a big difference to some of us. Keep us updated xx

Good thing! Unfortunately when you have booze it's the first fuel to burn and while that happens the body can't burn fat. It doesn't stop weight loss it just postpones it as the alcohol does not store glycogen in the body Once the alcohol is used up and if you are low carbing you will go back into ketosis. You probably know this already but dry wines and champagnes are our best bet... Good luck!
