This morning was the trial run at the gym. Not as early as I will be doing this week, but it went great. I was able to do hour & 20 minutes today and burned 500 calories. I have been feeling great all day. I think this going to be the energy I need to make through the day. I had busy Sunday so far, woke up 8am went to gym go back from gym around 11:30, had late breakfast, took a shower, cleaned up my kitchen, then I went food shopping & to pick up some things for the house. I was back home by 4pm, not really hurry so I ate some watermelon. Since I have been home, I really just been relaxing, made dinner, packed my lunch & snacks for tomorrow. After this, I'm going upstairs to finish laundry and get ready for an early bedtime, hopefully I will be able to fall to sleep. I want to wake up by 5:30 the latest 5:45 so I can make it to gym by 6, get an hour workout, take a shower at the gym... and be at work by 8. I hope I can do it!
