I try to fill up on healthier lower calorie foods, and drink my 5 calorie light drink mixes with my soda cravings. Sometimes even getting one bite, or drink of hubby's junk food/ Soda helps me.. Depending on your will power to say no to the rest.

eat something. I am sorry some people will disagree with me but I find that if you don't give in it will get worse and in my cause lead to a complete binge. So I find if I eat something junky but not super junky it helps

I keep a 70% cacao bar of chocolate at home. If I crave sweets, one square is usually enough, plus dark chocolate has health benefits :)

Thank you for advise everyone!!!! Its the late night cravings and binges that keep weight going up instead of down.. in the past few months I gained 25 lbs partly because i found out I was three months pregnant and then miscarried but looking forward to a good week staying positive .. its time to buckle down and get this process going

Drinking two huge glasses of water quickly then just going to bed helps me. If I get up during the night, I always drink a big glass of water too. Big glass = 12 oz

Had that happen this weekend. Believe it or not, I ate three Doritos followed by a glass of water--and it was enough. I just wanted to have that taste of salty/crunchy/junky! I have tried to sub other stuff in the past and wind up eating a bunch of things I really don't want, only to cave and eat a ton of junk. So I have myself permission to eat those three chips and nibbled them to bits. They were delicious and enough. I was shocked! But pleased.
