So this coming Monday is day 14 for me. But I'm going to add 2 days of Phase I because I went off-diet last Sunday for my niece's b-day and I'm going to go off this Sunday since I'm hosting a pizza party for www.houseparty.com. That will make day 14 Wednesday, so I'll go on Phase II on Thursday.
I did cancel going to a "pie party"/playdate tomorrow. I was going to go & just not have the pie, just let my kids play with the other kids, but who am I fooling? That's just TOO MUCH temptation for me.
And yep, I weighed myself again, but I just got over my period and "went" - TMI - so I figured my weight might have gone down. I plan NOT to weigh again 'till Thursday.
I can't WAIT to start eating fruit again! One of my FAVE things to make during Phase II is salads with fruit and nuts. MMMMMMMM And I find that eating an orange after a meal totally takes sweet cravings away.
Back to work - and I need to eat a late lunch, I'm starving!
